NUACHTLITIR, LÚNASA 31, 2020

Fáilte ar ais gach duine! Fáilte speisialta don 26 Náionáin nua a thosaigh ar an Déardaoin, guímid gach rath orthu linn anseo thar na blianta atá romhainn. Fáilte roimh ár múinteoirí nua, Múinteoir Katie agus Múinteoir Emily. Táimid ag tnúth bheith ag obair libh i rith na bliana.
Tá éacht bainte amach an scoil a athoscailt in am agus ba mhaith liom buíochas mór a chur in iúl do gach a bhí páirteach ach go háirithe do Mhúinteoir Liz agus foireann na scoile, Bartley, Brian agus baill an bhoird agus go leor, leor tuistí a chuidigh linn ach go háirithe ar an Luan seo caite.
Mar is eol daoibh anois, ta roinnt athraithe déanta ó thaobh riaradh na scoile, ach go háirithe ar maidin agus tráthnóna. Míle buíochas as ucht bhur gcomhoibriú go dtí seo. Iarraimid áfach NACH mbíonn páistí fágtha ar scoil roimh 8.40 a.m. mar go gcruthaíonn seo fadhbanna scaradh sóisialta agus árachais don scoil.
De réir mar a théann rudaí ar aghaidh, beidh gá le hathraithe beaga anseo is ansiúd chun feabhas a chur ar na socaithe agus/nó cloigh le comhairle nua. Cuirfear sibh ar an eolas in am thráth.
Tá sé go hiontach na páistí a fheiceáil arís agus tá súil agam go bhfuil na páistí ag rá an rud céanna fúinne! Mar is eol daoibh, táimid ag díriú ar dhul siar agus sláinte agus folláine na bpáistí go láidir ag an tús. Fanaimis Slán!
Welcome back everyone! A special welcome to the 26 new Infants who started on Thursday, we wish them all the best over the coming years. Welcome to our new teachers, Katie and Emily. We look forward to working with you throughout the year.
It was a huge achievement to reopen the school on time and I would like to thank all those involved but especially Múinteoir Liz and all the staff; also to Bartley, Brian and the board members and the many parents who helped us, especially last Monday evening.
As you now know, many changes have been made in the running of the school, especially in the mornings and evenings. Thank you all for your co – operation to date. However, we ask that children NOT be left in school before 8.40 a.m. as this creates problems of social distancing and insurance for the school.
As things progress, small changes will be needed here and there to improve the arrangements and/or adhere to new advice. You will of course be notified if and when.
It’s great for us to see the children again and I hope the children are saying the same about us! As you know, our big focus is on revision and the health and wellbeing of the children initially. Stay Safe!
