Tá Coiste CAIRDE, le tacaíocht ón scoil, ag iarraidh Cód Deonach Fóin Chliste a spreagadh i measc tuismitheoirí chun moill a chur ar fóin chliste a thabhairt do pháistí, go dtí deireadh na bunscoile ar a laghad nó go dtí bliain éigin sa mheánscoil. Tá an tionscnamh seo á rith i scoileanna áitiúla eile, agus beidh cruinniú faoi ar siúl níos déanaí tráthnóna (sonraí thíos). Fáiltíonn na Cumainn Tuistí eile roimh lucht freastail ónár scoil chun a fheiceáil conas a oibríonn sé seo, mar sin tar más spéis leat:
The CAIRDE Committee, supported by the school, are looking at encouraging a Voluntary Smartphone Code amongst parents to delay the giving of smartphones to children, until at least the end of primary school or until some year in secondary school. This initiative is being formulated in other local schools, and a meeting about it takes place later this evening (details below). The other Parent Associations welcome attendees from our school to see how this works, so please come along if interested:
