Mar is eol daoibh, táimid ag cur Aladdin Schools Connect i bhfeidhm do thuismitheoirí / chaomhnóirí páistí inár ranganna. Úsáideann an scoil Aladdin Schools www.aladdin.ie mar chóras riaracháin sa scoil agus tabharfaidh Connect rochtain shlán duit ar theachtaireachtaí ón scoil agus ar shonraí faoi fhreastal do pháiste, torthaí tástála, cártaí tuairisce srl trí logáil isteach slán ó do bhrabhsálaí idirlín nó tríd an Aip Aladdin Connect. Ar dtús ní bheimid ag úsáid ach na gnéithe mar a bhaineann le Obair Bhaile agus Clár na bhFógraí. Tosófar ar ghnéithe eile de réir mar a thiocfaidh cúrsaí ar ais ina gceart!
Cuireadh ríomhphost chugat INNIU (14/4) le do nasc cláraithe. Tá nasc amháin in aghaidh an tuismitheora a ligfidh don tuismitheoir rochtain a fháil ar eolas dá páistí uile sa scoil ó chuntas úsáideora amháin. Ná seol an téacs / ríomhphost seo ar aghaidh nó roinn an nasc seo mar is cód uathúil clárúcháin é seo do gach tuismitheoir do do pháiste / páistí sa scoil seo. Le linn an chláraithe roghnóidh tú pasfhocal a úsáidfear i dteannta le do sheoladh ríomhphoist chun rochtain shlán a fháil ar Aladdin Connect agus muid ag dul ar aghaidh. Má roghnaíonn tú féadfaidh tú do chuid sonraí teagmhála féin a roinnt le tuismitheoirí páistí eile sa rang céanna le do pháistí, ach bí ar do shuaimhneas nach roinnfear an t-eolas seo mura roghnaíonn tú í a roinnt. Nuair a bheidh tú cláraithe cuirfear r-phost chugat le naisc chun an Aladdin Connect App a íoslódáil don bhfón. As indicated last week, we are rolling out Aladdin Connect for all parents and guardians. The school uses the Aladdin Schools software service www.aladdin.ie for administrative purposes and Connect will give you secure access to messages from the school and to details of your child’s attendance, test results, reports cards etc via secure login from your internet browser or Aladdin Connect App. Initially we will only be using the Homework and Notice Board features. Other features will be introduced as and when things return to normal!
Today (TUESDAY 14/4) an email message containing your registration link has been sent. There is one link per parent which will allow the parent to access information for all their children in the school from one user account. Please do not forward this text/email or share this link as this is a unique registration code for each parent for your child/children in this school. During registration you will choose a password that will be used in conjunction with your email address to securely access the Aladdin Connect going forward. If you choose you may share your own contact details with other parents of children in the same class as your children, but please be reassured that this information will not be shared unless you choose to share it. Once you are registered you will be sent an email with links to download the Aladdin Connect App for your mobile device. The main advantage of using the App is to receive immediate alerts for app messages sent by your school. Downloading the App is highly recommended to enhance both the parent and school’s Connect experience.Please note: If there are any personal concerns, or legal provisions in place regarding giving access to Connect to any parent/guardian of your child please contact the school in confidence to discuss or restrict access as required.
