Tá súil agam go bhfuil gach duine sláintiúil agus folláin agus ag tnúth le filleadh ar scoil amárach don téarma nua. Le cúnamh Dé, agus le comhoibriú gach duine, leanfaimid orainn ag fanacht sábháilte agus ag fanacht ar oscailt mar atá beartaithe go dtí deireadh mhí an Mheithimh. Glac nóiméad le do thoil chun athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar na rudaí seo a leanas maidir le hathoscailt an lae amárach:

- Lean na socruithe atá i bhfeidhm le do thoil chun teacht ar scoil (8.40 go 9.00) agus chun an scoil a fhágáil (2.20 go 2.20) agus na srianta ar pháirceáil, srl. Cinntigh le do thoil nach dtagann aon pháiste roimh 8.40 a.m.
- Ná seol páistí chun na scoile má tá siad i ndlúth-theagmhálacha le duine le COVID-19, ag fanacht le tástáil nó má tá comharthaí COVID-19 orthu. Tabharfar páistí a thaispeánann comharthaí den sórt sin ar scoil chuig an limistéar leithlisithe ainmnithe agus rachfar i dteagmháil le tuismitheoirí. Cinntigh le do thoil go bhfuil na sonraí teagmhála cearta ag an scoil duit.
- Ná seol páistí chun na scoile má shainaithníonn FSS iad mar dhlúth-theagmháil le cás dearbhaithe de COVID-19 nó má tá cónaí orthu le duine a bhfuil comharthaí an víris air/uirthi.
- Ná seol páistí ar scoil má thaistil siad lasmuigh d’Éirinn; i gcásanna den sórt sin moltar do thuismitheoirí féachaint ar an gcomhairle is déanaí ón Rialtas maidir le taisteal eachtrach.
I hope everyone is healthy and well and looking forward to returning to school tomorrow for the new term until Summer. Please God, and with the co-operation of everyone, we will continue to stay safe and remain open as planned until the end of June. Please take a moment to review the following in respect of tomorrow’s re-opening:
- Please complete the Return to Education Form on Aladdin (or here: https://forms.gle/DgkEb6ThonEpgYfQ9) in respect of children returning to school after the holidays. This needs to be done after all absences or closures.
- Please remember the importance of not congregating at or near school and that communication with the school must take place by phone or online.
- Please follow the arrangements in place for arriving (8.40 to 9.00) and leaving (2.20 to 2.20) school and restrictions on parking, etc. Please ensure no children arrive before 8.40 a.m.
- Do not send children to school if they are close contacts of a person with COVID-19, are awaiting a test or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Children who display such symptoms at school will be taken to the designated isolation area and parents contacted. Please ensure that the school has the correct contact details for you.
- Do not send pupils to school if they are identified by the HSE as a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or if they live with someone who has symptoms of the virus.
- Do not send pupils to school if they have travelled outside of Ireland; in such instances parents are advised to consult and follow latest Government advice in relation to foreign travel.
