Bí san Óstán réidh don chleachtadh ag 8pm.Eíde Scoile le caitheamh agus hata/maisiúcháin Oíche Shamhna fresin. Tosóidh na páistí ag 8.30, ba chóir go mbeadh siad críochnaithe ag seinm ag 9. Beidh bia te ar fáil do gach éinne ag 9.30. Tá 3 rogha acu/agaibh ansin:

A bheith bailithe / tógtha abhaile
Fanacht suite lena gclann féin, nó
Dul go dtí an spás taobh thiar den stáitse – déanfaimid iarracht scannán a thaispeáint dóibh ach ar eagla go mbeidh sé ró-thorannach ann, beidh cead acu taibléid/ríomhaire le cluasán a bheith acu.

NB. Tá sé fíorthábhachtach nach mbeidh na páistí ag rith/siúl tahart ar an óstán ná láthair an cheolchoirm.

Be at the Hotel ready for practice at 8pm. Please wear FULL school uniform (not tracksuit) and bring a Halloween hat or similar too.The children will start at 8.30, they should have finished playing at 9.

Hot food will be available for everyone at 9.30. They then have 3 options:

(1) To be collected / taken home

(2) Staying SEATED with their own family at the Concert, or

(3) Going to the space behind the stage – we will try to show them a film but in case it is too noisy, they will be allowed to have a tablet/computer with headphones.

NB. It is very important that the children do not run/walk around the hotel or the concert venue.
