Gaelscoil Chnoc na Ré, Sligeach Sligo's Irish Medium Primary School
This is a note from Cairde looking for volunteers to help at the various activities that are run in conjunction with the Christmas concert. 10.00 – 1.30 THURSDAY 21st December. Rang5 and Naíonáin Shóisir parents specifically have been tasked with organising the refreshments while the concerts are on-going to organise the raffle on the day. Richard Kelly of Supervalu Ballymote has offered to provide some vouchers for the raffle, so we are off to a good start.
What is involved?
• Send out notes looking for cakes / sandwiches for the day
• Buy supplies (Cairde will pay) tea / coffee / cup / sugar / milk / serviettes etc.
• Set up and serve the refreshments in St Mary Clubhouse
• Collect prizes for the Raffle and sell tickets on the day
• Run the raffle at the end of the concert / and contact the winners
• Clean up after 1.30

• soláthairtí a cheannach (íocfaidh Cairde) tae / caife / cupán / siúcra / bainne / ciarsúir, srl
• Clubtheach Naomh Mhuire a shocrú agus na sóláistí a sholathair,
• duaiseanna a bhailiú don raifil agus ticéid a dhíol ar an lá
• an raifil a stiúradh ag deireadh an cheolchoirme agus teagmháil a dhéanamh leis na buaiteoirí
• an áit a ghlanadh tar éis 1.30.
